It works really well, you can time it to make the bread in time for breakfast - and what's really the very best about it is waking to the smell of fresh bread. Yes. I've thought about what'll happen to the beast when it gets ditched, and it doesn't make me happy. But in the meantime, even though it is cheating, at least it tastes better - and allows me in my busy schedule to make that better bread every two days at least.
